Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to provide care for patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, stroke, neurological conditions, and other disabling diagnoses. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing multiple patient needs, and supporting patients through their rehabilitation journey.
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Monitor patient progress and response to rehabilitation treatments Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Provide patient and family education regarding recovery and rehabilitation goals Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams Assist patients in achieving maximum functional independence Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
Requirements:
Active RN License (OK or Compact) Minimum 1 Year of Recent Nursing Experience Current BLS Certification Rehabilitation Nursing Experience Preferred Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to work independently and prioritize patient care needs
