Comprehensive Benefits Package Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Director of Nursing . The Director of Nursing is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating all nursing services to ensure the highest quality of resident care while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, supervision, and support to the nursing department. Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care. Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and accreditation standards. Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management of nursing personnel. Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families to coordinate quality care. Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives. Manage departmental budgets, supplies, and resources efficiently. Conduct staff education, orientation, and ongoing professional development. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance. Promote a positive, patient-centered culture focused on safety, compassion, and excellence. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Previous leadership or management experience in nursing required. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinical best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop nursing staff. Commitment to delivering exceptional patient and resident care.
