Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. 3 months of travel experience is required. 3 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required. ADN completion required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. 6 months gap required between for Travel at

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

Strong Trauma Level 1 experience and/or willingness to work with difficult cases. Will not accept OR candidates. Stepdown/PCU experience is required. - Must have acute care surgical floor experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:

ENT and/or transplant experience preferred.

Preferred Credentials:

BSN preferred.

Unit Details:

Oklahoma's only Level I Trauma Center. Cares for inpatients receiving pre- or post-surgical services. Travelers will care for post-operative patients with new drains, wounds, trachs, ostomies, NGT, or DHT. Some patients may be step-down level care.

Floating Requirements:

Travelers will be first to float. 7 days maximum time off 2 references required Proof of identification required
