Required Qualifications and Experience:
Current and unencumbered RN license At least 1 year experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing setting BLS certification (required) Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Experience working with diverse patient populations preferred Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and protocols
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical conditions Accurately monitor, assess, and document patient progress Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Uphold safety protocols and quality standards Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care
