Job Description

In this Occupational Health Nurse position, you'll be a trusted clinical resource at a dynamic manufacturing site, supporting both immediate care needs and long-term health initiatives.

  • $35-40/hour (LPN); $40-50/hour (RN); $50-60/hour (NP)

  • M-F, 7am-4pm with 1 hour lunch

  • You'll play a critical role in keeping employees safe, healthy, and supported—delivering care when it matters most while helping shape preventative health programs that improve outcomes across the entire workforce.
  • What You'll Do
  • + Provide first aid and emergency care for workplace injuries and illnesses + Coordinate transportation and outside medical care when needed + Maintain medical supplies, equipment, and detailed case records + Support worker's compensation and disability claims processes + Educate employees and leadership with CPR, First Aid, and AED training + Administer drug testing, flu vaccines, and assist with hearing tests and blood drives + Manage wellness initiatives and employee health programs + Track and maintain compliance logs, reports, and medical documentation + Conduct audits for AEDs, first aid kits, and safety resources across the facility + Support employees returning to work with care plans and accommodations •What We're Looking For•+ A current, up-to-date resume + Active/valid Nursing License (LPN, RN, or NP) + Strong clinical judgment and emergency response skills + Knowledge of worker's compensation and disability processes + Excellent administrative, documentation, and interpersonal skills + Ability to manage confidential medical information + Bilingual Spanish skills preferred + Ability to meet compliance requirements •What's In it For You•+ Competitive hourly pay based on credentials + Stable M-F dayshift schedule; no regularly scheduled nights or weekends• + Opportunity to lead wellness and safety initiatives + Hands-on, impactful role in a structured corporate environment •Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility)•Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: + Medical and Prescription Drug Plans + Dental Plan + Supplemental Life Insurance + Short Term Disability Insurance + 401(k) + Paid holidays + Paid time off _•
