Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the physician Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using electronic health record systems like Cerner, Epic or Trubridge Adhere to clinical standards and protocols while ensuring patient safety and confidentiality Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop appropriate care plans Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive care measures Monitor patients' progress, vital signs, and symptoms, reporting any changes to the healthcare team promptly

Requirements:

Valid RN license in the state of practice Candidates with 1yr prior hospital experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptability to a variety of care settings. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality patient care.
