Labor and Delivery Schedule:

Full Time, Night Shift, 36 hours per week What You Will Do Lead the

Care Journey:

You will implement and continuously monitor individualized patient care plans, adjusting strategies based on real-time observation to ensure the highest quality of care and optimal outcomes.

Essential Communication:

Accurately record, track, and effectively communicate changes in patient condition and progress to the entire interdisciplinary team, ensuring proactive and timely interventions.

Precision and Execution:

Flawlessly note and carry out physician and advanced practice provider orders, maintaining adherence to clinical protocols and playing a critical role in the delivery of treatment.

Interdisciplinary Orchestration:

Act as the primary coordinator for all clinical disciplines—from physical therapy to social work and pharmacy—to ensure seamless, cohesive, and collaborative patient care.

Champion of Transition:

Proactively assess and coordinate all necessary discharge planning with the patient, family, and healthcare team, setting our patients up for a safe, successful transition and continued wellness outside of our walls. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification /

Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire. Additional Preferences Preferred 5 plus years of L&D experience.
