We are a growing Oklahoma-based home health agency expanding our clinical team across Eastern Oklahoma. We are seeking a compassionate and self-motivated Registered Nurse (RN) who values autonomy, flexibility, and relationship-based patient care. This position offers flexible scheduling, and territory assignment based on your location to help minimize drive time. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team.

$0.46 per mile Flexible daytime scheduling (no 12-hour hospital shifts) Assigned territory to reduce travel burden Supportive leadership team Opportunity to grow with an expanding agency Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes Perform assessments and develop plans of care Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team Complete timely documentation in EMR Educate patients and families on disease management Participate in on-call rotation (if applicable) Qualifications Active Oklahoma RN license Current BLS certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Home health experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
