Job Summary:

- Provide direct patient care to a diverse population of residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement effective care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote high standards of care and patient satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma
- BLS certification
- Ability to work on a weekend day shift, with flexibility to cover occasional evening shifts as needed
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients, as well as push/pull equipment as needed
