paygrade 15, Hourly with shift differential Weekly earned wage access is an option for this position Job Purpose or Objective(s): The House Supervisor RN is responsible for administrative supervision of nursing services on their assigned shift. You will represent the nursing administration and are responsible for general supervision of all departments and employees. You will report to the Director.
Primary Tasks:
Complete patient rounds three times per 12-hour shift to observe actual patient condition, supervise care, evaluate staffing needs, and provide support. Adjust staffing assignments and coordinate workloads to meet census with level of care needed. Coordinate and evaluate services rendered by and to all departments during shifts. Monitor patient room assignments, assuring that infection control standards are met, and patient level of care and comfort needs are employed. Coordinate with applicable nursing personnel to update room assignments. Prepare statistical reports; maintain midnight census, tour of duty, and patient census sheet. Collaborate with Unit Manager and nursing administration on program planning activities. Continuously evaluate and monitor nursing policies; implement necessary changes. Address complaints from patients, relatives, and visitors and work to resolve the issue quickly and effectively at the lowest level, report incidents to the Customer Service Manager. Other responsibilities as may be assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
Associates degree in nursing Current RN licensure with the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or Multi-State RN License Current BLS certification ACLS within 3 months PALS within 3 months Two [2] years of related nursing experience
