Job Description

About This Role This is not a hospital job. You'll be working 1-2 days per week in a mobile IV therapy practice — and the biggest part of this job isn't just starting an IV. It's what happens during that 30 to 90 minutes you're sitting with a patient. You are their educator. You are the person explaining why NAD+ matters, what glutathione actually does, how high-dose Vitamin C works, and why functional wellness is different from the symptom-chasing model most of their doctors use. Patients come to us because they want to understand their health not just feel better for a day. That means we need a nurse who is genuinely curious about holistic and functional medicine, not someone who's just looking for a side gig. Patient education is non-negotiable here. If you don't light up when a patient asks questions about their infusion protocol, this isn't the right fit. Our supplies and home base are located in Owasso, so candidates who live in or near the Owasso area are strongly preferred. The closer you are, the smoother your day will run. Beyond education, you have to be a people person truly. You are alone with a patient for the full duration of their infusion. You need to be able to hold a real conversation, make someone feel completely comfortable, and leave them feeling like they had an experience, not just a treatment. This role is autonomous, but it is not isolated. Our collaborating physician consults on every single patient that means timely, clear communication with our provider is a core part of your job. You must be responsive, punctual, and proactive. If you are hard to reach, slow to respond, or prefer to go heads-down without checking in, this is not the right fit. We are a small, close-knit team and we expect overcommunication over under communication always. Whether it's a clinical concern, a schedule change, or a question about a patient, we want to hear from you. Silence is never the right answer here. You'll manage your own schedule, supplies, and documentation without someone looking over your shoulder. The right person for this thrives in that environment. If you need a lot of structure and direction, this won't be the right fit. Strong IV skills are a must. This is not the place to build that confidence you need to come in with it. And if you have a love for social media and content creation that is absolutely a bonus here! We love capturing authentic moments during infusions and events, and honestly it's one of the most creative ways to educate and teach others about the power of functional wellness. What You'll Do Administer IV infusions in a mobile setting across the Tulsa, Owasso, Broken Arrow, Jenks, and Collinsville area Assess patients prior to infusion and monitor throughout Educate patients on their infusion protocol, ingredients, and the functional wellness principles behind their treatment Collaborate closely with our Medical Director and collaborating physician on patient protocols, clinical concerns, and infusion plans Communicate proactively and promptly with the provider and staff before, during, and after every shift Document accurately and communicate any clinical concerns in a timely manner Represent Anywhere Infusions with professionalism and genuine care in every interaction Occasional travel outside the primary service area as needed What We're Looking For Active RN license in Oklahoma
