Qualifications RN License BLS Certification Full Job Description Position Summary:
Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicates changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Participates in discharge planning process. The agreement for Tier 3 requires 12 shifts worked in six weeks (equals two shifts per week), six weekend shifts to be within the 12 shifts, and four holidays annually.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable
Desired Experience:
Inpatient rehabilitation experience
