This travel nursing opportunity in the Operating Room allows you to work closely with a variety of surgical teams, giving you exposure to a wide range of procedures, workplace approaches, and leadership styles. Schedule/Hours:
Travel position; a variety of full-time shifts may be available
Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license in good standing At least one year of recent experience in an OR/Operating Room setting BLS and ACLS certifications required Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and processes Effective communication and team collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons and anesthesia personnel before, during, and after procedures Maintain a sterile environment and uphold the highest standards of patient safety Prepare instruments and supplies, anticipating the needs of the surgical team Advocate for patients, providing compassionate care during all phases of the perioperative process Document all care activities diligently in accordance with hospital policies
