Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Aesthetic Nurse to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional aesthetic and cosmetic treatments. As an integral part of our med spa and beauty clinic, you will combine nursing expertise with aesthetic artistry to enhance our clients' confidence and appearance. Duties Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care. Administer body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and other beauty enhancements to meet client expectations. Provide expert consultations on skincare routines, product demos, and treatment options tailored to individual needs. Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software Aesthetic Record EMR Maintain strict sanitation standards by adhering to proper sterilization protocols for all tools and treatment areas. Upsell products and additional services through excellent guest service skills while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Support front desk operations by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing social media management efforts to promote our services. Assist in retail sales by educating clients on product benefits and encouraging repeat business through personalized recommendations. Requirements Valid nursing license with experience in medical spa or med spa settings preferred. Proven expertise in cosmetic procedures such as botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and body waxing. Knowledge of salon software platforms like Aesthetic Record Strong management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills coupled with outstanding customer service abilities to ensure guest satisfaction. Familiarity with sanitation standards and sterilization procedures essential for safety compliance. Ability to educate clients on skincare products through demos while demonstrating sales acumen for retail success. Competence in social media management to engage clients online and promote ongoing specials or events. A passion for continuous learning about new treatments such as eyelash extensions or deep tissue massage techniques that enhance client results.
