Our agency is built on a foundation of Nurse Guided Care and we operate with a Purpose Driven Mindset. Our nursing team is an integral part of our client and professional caregiver experience. This position has flexible hours. We are looking for a full time nurse to dedicate to our local Portland market as well as our growing corporate team. Great opportunity for the right nurse!
Duties:
Work independently in client homes within the scope of nursing practice Apply professional knowledge and skills to facilitate problem resolution Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate client care Complete client assessments and execute physician orders Accurate documentation of all nursing care activities Work with agency RN to oversee and manage clients Teach and perform weekly orientation to new caregivers

Requirements:
Current Oregon RN license CPR certification Currently licensed and insured to drive a vehicle in Oregon 2 year experience in senior care Ability to communicate effectively and professionally Ability to cultivate positive relationships with team members, medical professionals, and others working with families and clients All employment is contingent upon a completed background check.
