Duties:
Work independently in client homes within the scope of nursing practice Apply professional knowledge and skills to facilitate problem resolution Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate client care Complete client assessments and execute physician orders Accurate documentation of all nursing care activities Work with agency RN to oversee and manage clients Teach and perform weekly orientation to new caregiversEmployee Benefits:
