2 Description American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring full L&D and postpartum experience, AWHONN Intermediate certification, and night shift availability. Details Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Every other weekend requirement, or a minimum of 8 weekend shifts per contract No on-call requirements Floating may be required, including serving as a CPO sitter in-house and floating to a northern campus low-risk family birthing unit Staffed according to AWHONN Staffing Standards alongside break RNs and Resource RNs Epic EMR experience preferred Requirements Active Oregon (OR) RN license required — pending licensure not accepted Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NRP, FHM, and AWHONN Intermediate Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required Full Labor & Delivery and postpartum experience required Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility — proof of address required 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years Additional Information First-time travelers are welcome to apply Maximum of 7 days of requested time off (RTO) for the duration of the contract Local candidates are not accepted — must live beyond a 75-mile radius of the facility Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained will be required
