4 Description American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a PreOp/PACU position requiring Epic experience, ACLS & BLS certifications, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in ambulatory and PACU settings. Details Hospital-based PreOp unit handling both ambulatory/outpatient and inpatient patient populations Experience with Phase I PACU and Phase II Recovery required in this role Day shift schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, 5:45 AM - 3:15 PM Weekends required per unit needs Floating within scope may be required if not needed in PACU or as a sitter No on-call responsibilities
EMR:
Epic (experience required) Requirements Active OR RN license required Active RN license; pending license accepted Minimum 2 years of RN experience required Required certifications: ACLS and
BLS PALS
preferred Experience in ambulatory/outpatient, inpatient, Phase I PACU, and Phase II Recovery settings required Epic EMR proficiency required Proof of address required for consideration Additional Information First-time travelers are welcome to apply Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted RTO is limited to a maximum of 7 days for the duration of the 13-week assignment; all time-off requests must be submitted upfront 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
