Shift:
8:30 am - 4:30 pm, with admin or half-day as needed
Schedule:
4 or 5 days per week, 7 days of call (including one weekend), 1 in 4 rotation

Hematology/Oncology Experience:
Proven track record in outpatient oncology and hematology care

Pay Rate:
Competitive hourly rates (rates vary; pay package discussed upon application)
Additional Compensation:
Overtime/holiday pay at 1.25x; night and weekend call pay; back-up call reimbursement

What You'll Do:
Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care at a free-standing cancer center Perform clinical tasks and procedures aligned with your training and licensure Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including NPs and other specialists Manage a caseload of 10-15 outpatient patients daily, focusing on timely diagnosis and treatment Participate in patient consults, follow-up care, and urgent inpatient chemotherapy admissions Engage in EMR documentation using EPIC system Support hospital admissions and inpatient rounds when necessary Contribute to maintaining high-quality cancer care standards in a trauma level 3 facility
What You Need:
Active medical license in Oregon Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology Minimum of 2 years outpatient hematology and oncology experience Strong clinical skills in cancer diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient management Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to participate in call rotation and follow facility protocols
