What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations Apply the nursing process to assess patient needs and develop care plans Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatments Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in medical records Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care Follow all safety, infection control, and hospital policies Respond effectively in emergency situations and prioritize patient safety
