1 weekend every 4 weeks

Call Schedule:

Call rotation every 4th week During call weeks, provider works 7 days Currently no inpatient consults or rounding Call limited to critical lab issues and occasional symptomatic patient calls This structure offers a predictable rhythm and opportunities for a more balanced schedule compared to many oncology roles.
