Up to $2,200/week (Based on experience) Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN)

• Med Surg / Telemetry to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an acute care hospital setting.

This role involves caring for medical-surgical and telemetry patients , including post-operative and acutely ill adults. The ideal candidate is experienced in cardiac monitoring, interdisciplinary collaboration, and EPIC documentation , and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. Unit Overview Medical-Surgical unit caring for acutely ill adult patients Supports both emergent and elective surgical cases Telemetry monitoring available for patients requiring stable cardiac observation Collaborative care model with RNs and nursing support staff Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care for Med-Surg and Telemetry patients Monitor and accurately interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms Care for post-operative and acutely ill adult patients Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Document patient care accurately using the

EPIC EMR

system Maintain compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards Support care for orthopedic and bariatric patient populations (preferred) Required Qualifications Experience Minimum 1 year of recent Med-Surg or Telemetry RN experience Recent experience with

EPIC EMR

system required Education Nursing degree (ASN or BSN) required Licensure & Certifications Active Oregon RN License

• required (must be active at submission) BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider)
• required ACLS (AHA)
• required Preferred Qualifications Experience in orthopedic and/or bariatric patient care Specialty certification in Medical-Surgical Nursing (CMSRN)
