Complete scheduled patient visits with timely documentation for each service/setup. Support continuity of care by following plan-of-care priorities and visit timing requirements. Coordinate scheduling using the required dedicated day per week for patient visit planning. Deliver patient-focused care in the home environment, maintaining professionalism and safety. Communicate with the care team to ensure smooth coverage across Eugene and surrounding areas.

What You Need Required Credential:

Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and/or Registered Nurse (RN)

Residency:

Must reside within 30 miles of

Eugene, OR Education:

High school diploma or

GED Driving:

Driver's license with a clean driving record

Transportation:
