Per Diem Shifts Location:
Grant Pass, Oregon (Multiple Locations) Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Per Diem RN to support patient recovery and deliver high‑quality, compassionate care. This flexible role is ideal for nurses who enjoy working in a supportive, therapy‑focused environment. Requirements Active Oregon RN license Minimum 1 year of nursing experience Current BLS certification Strong assessment, communication, and critical‑thinking skills Experience in rehab, post‑acute, or skilled nursing settings is a plus Responsibilities Provide patient‑centered nursing care in a rehab environment Support treatment plans focused on mobility, recovery, and independence Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and care teams Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately Adapt to varying patient needs and unit demands
