The Director of Nursing will join a surgeon-led, tech-powered, value-based organization that blends AI-driven software with modern surgical centers to deliver better, faster, and more affordable care. As a Nursing Director, this leader advances a mission that puts patients first through best-in-class clinicians, transparent information, and premium, well-managed experiences and outcomes. Recent performance highlights include 98% patient satisfaction and a 0.25% 30-day readmission rate. Recognized for quality innovation, safety excellence, and community partnership, this enterprise celebrates accolades that reflect measurable improvements in access and results across outpatient surgery. In this high-performance environment, the Director of Nursing benefits from a collaborative culture that celebrates learning, continuous improvement, and compassionate service. 🩺

The Director of Nursing will oversee a small, efficient Ambulatory Surgery Center featuring 1 operating room and 1 procedure room designed for safe, predictable, and streamlined care. Within this nimble setting, the Perioperative Services RN Director champions best practices across pre-op, intra-op, and PACU, supported by intelligent workflow tools and an integrated EHR. The Director of Nursing oversees approximately 5-20 cases per day with a diverse, multi-specialty case mix, including ENT and orthopedics. Advanced sterilization systems, standardized preference cards, and data-informed scheduling contribute to low variability and high reliability. With this tight-knit model, the Director of Nursing ASCRN ensures survey readiness, rapid-cycle improvement, and a premium patient experience from admission to discharge.

Reporting directly to the CNO, the Director of Nursing partners with a friendly team of RNs, surgical technologists, anesthesia professionals, sterile processing experts, and administrative colleagues in a diverse, collaborative environment. The ASC Nursing Director's core scope includes clinical governance, quality and safety oversight, regulatory compliance, survey preparedness, and risk mitigation aligned to CMS and accreditation standards. The Clinical Operations Nurse Director will steward staff education, hiring, coaching, scheduling, productivity, and positive engagement while nurturing strong relationships with surgeons, vendors, and community partners. Through hands-on leadership, the Director of Nursing fosters teamwork, accountability, and continuous excellence in perioperative services.

Situated in a vibrant Pacific Northwest metro bordered by forested parks, riverfront trails, and bike-friendly streets, the Director of Nursing will discover a lifestyle rich with outdoor adventures and cultural energy. Access to renowned hiking in the Columbia River Gorge, four-season recreation on nearby peaks, and quick getaways to the rugged Oregon Coast creates an ideal balance of work and play. A celebrated culinary scene pairs with music venues, theaters, galleries, and year-round festivals. Mild seasons encourage an active routine, while diverse neighborhoods, strong public transit, and a creative community deliver a welcoming, inclusive environment. With all this at hand, the Director of Nursing can thrive in a region known for quality of life, sustainability, and authentic Pacific Northwest charm.
