0 Job Highlights Casual (on call) employment status with flexible scheduling to fit your life. Competitive hourly pay range of $38.01 to $57.29 based on years of experience. Provide specialized nursing care in a rural emergency department setting. Must be SANE trained with a valid Wisconsin nursing license; SANE certification desired but not required. About this role Join Emplify Health by Gundersen Hillsboro as a Casual SANE RN in our Emergency Department, where your expertise in sexual assault nursing care will make a profound difference in the lives of patients during critical moments. As part of a compassionate, mission-driven team, you will provide empathetic, patient-centered care in a supportive rural hospital environment. This role offers the flexibility of casual scheduling while allowing you to contribute to our commitment to "empathy amplified" and community health. Key responsibilities Deliver specialized sexual assault nursing care to patients in the emergency department. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient support and follow-up. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and forensic evidence collection. Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives related to SANE services. Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and families during sensitive situations. What you will need Valid Wisconsin nursing license. SANE training required; SANE certification is desired but not mandatory. Experience in emergency nursing or related clinical settings preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support patients and collaborate with team members. Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible, on-call schedule.
