Here's what you can expect: Support and mentorship from experienced clinicians and nursing staff Real, hands-on experience working with patients A team that's approachable, collaborative, and happy to teach The chance to build skills that will actually prepare you for your career Potential opportunities to stay on with us down the line What You'll Be Doing Depending on your program and placement, you may: Work alongside licensed staff to support patient care Observe and participate in assessments and treatment planning Assist with therapy sessions or daily patient care activities Help with documentation and patient records (as appropriate) Join team meetings and learn how care is coordinated across disciplines Everything is done under supervision. What We're Looking For You're currently enrolled in a Nursing or Therapy program (OT, PT, SLP, Masters Counseling, Social Work, etc.) You're in good standing and eligible for an internship or clinical placement You're eager to learn, ask questions, and get involved You care about patients and want to make a difference You work well with others and communicate clearly A Quick Note This is an open posting, which means we use it to connect with students throughout the year.
