This full-time, day-shift role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care while working closely with cardiologists and clinical staff. Ideal for providers looking to make a meaningful impact in a rural community setting. Schedule & Compensation Full-time | Four 10-hour days (day shift) Competitive salary: $135K
  • $140K+ Relocation assistance provided Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cardiovascular assessments for new and follow-up patients Manage chronic conditions including heart failure, coronary artery disease, arrhythmias, and hypertension Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as EKGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and recovery plans Counsel patients on lifestyle modifications including diet, exercise, and smoking cessation Coordinate care across inpatient, outpatient, and primary care settings Document patient encounters accurately within the electronic health record (EHR) Triage urgent cases and assist with emergency interventions when needed Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to care planning Assist with minor procedures in accordance with scope and credentialing Compensation & Benefits Total compensation potential $140K+ Quality incentives up to $13,000 RVU-based bonus structure $20,000 sign-on/commencement bonus $8,000 annual CME allowance plus paid CME time Student loan repayment assistance Comprehensive benefits including 401(k) match and paid malpractice coverage This is an excellent opportunity for a cardiology-focused provider to grow their career while delivering impactful care in a supportive and community-focused environment.
