Key Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing (Oregon or compact state) At least 2 years' recent experience as an Operating Room RN Current BLS and ACLS certifications Demonstrated expertise in pre-op, intra-op, and post-op patient care Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Schedule/Hours:
Full-time hours, including variable day shifts May include rotating weekends or on-call requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures Coordinate with surgical team members to optimize patient safety and outcomes Prepare and maintain a sterile operating environment Advocate for patients at each stage of the surgical experience Adhere to all facility protocols and safety standards
