Ready to take the next step from Nurse Manager into a Director-level leadership role? This is an opportunity to lead a high-impact Med Surg/Telemetry service line within a growing acute care hospital while working closely with executive nursing leadership. You'll have the ability to influence patient care, staff development, operational performance, and clinical outcomes across multiple units.
