Qualifications:
Active RN license (Oregon) Minimum of 1 year of recent Operating Room experience Excellent critical thinking and adaptable problem-solving abilities Strong communication and teaching skills for patient and family education Confident in responding to emergencies and crises Effective teamwork and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Experience navigating EMR systems and proficient computer skills Consistent, reliable attendance
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive perioperative care within RN scope Teach and support patients and their significant others Accurately document all care in the electronic medical record Work closely with surgeons, anesthetists, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
