1 Description American Traveler is hiring a first-time-traveler-friendly RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring LDRP/postpartum experience and Epic proficiency, with night shifts and on-call responsibilities. Details Labor and Delivery unit within a 109-bed short-term acute care hospital LDRP setting serving labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum patients Staffing follows AWHONN standards Night shift schedule: 4x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Every other weekend required On-call required: up to one on-call shift per two weeks based on low census Floating between all facilities within the state is expected Block schedules are not required Charting via Epic (experience required) Scrubs are provided for this unit Requirements Active Oregon (OR) RN license required Minimum 2 years of L&D nursing experience required LDRP and postpartum experience required Epic EMR proficiency required At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty and setting SSN and DOB required for consideration Active professional license at time of consideration All required certifications must be current and on file Additional Information First-time travelers are welcome to apply Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility Refusal to float between facilities within the state may result in assignment termination Minimal RTO is strongly preferred; excessive RTO requests may impact placement All RTO or scheduling requests must be communicated prior to submission, as post-offer requests may be denied No parking fee at this facility
