What You'll Do:
Deliver coordinated nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures Assist surgeons and surgical teams while maintaining a safe and sterile environment Prepare operating rooms, equipment, instruments, and supplies for procedures Monitor patient safety, document care accurately, and support positive surgical outcomes Collaborate with physicians, surgical technologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
What You'll Bring:
Active Oregon RN license required BLS certification required Operating room or acute care experience preferred Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment
