Job Summary:

Responsible for the overall implementation, functionality and support for the Nursing and Physician applications under the organization's IT portfolio. This includes build and support of applications, on-going maintenance, testing/training, and monitoring performance and functionality of the Nursing/Physician products to include but not limited to the following: Medhost Physician and Nursing modules, Exit Care, DynaMed, ePrescribe, Order Sets, Physician Documentation, WAFM. Possible outreach to physician offices.

Qualifications:

BS in Nursing required. Master's in Informatics or MSN preferred. 1-3 years in a Healthcare IT environment required. 1-3 years Nursing experience required. Inpatient setting preferred. Demonstrated, deep knowledge of the community-based, healthcare environment. Strong clinical knowledge and experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills required. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, V-lookup's, etc.) and the Microsoft Office suite. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong team player with a "can/will do" attitude with a willingness to mentor others. #ZR
