Job Description
Adventist Health Columbia Gorge is seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our outpatient cardiovascular team. This position focuses on collaborative care alongside cardiologists and other members of the care team, supporting patients with heart failure, coronary artery disease, and rhythm disorders. The APP will participate in patient assessments, ongoing management, and coordination of care using evidence-based guidelines. This role is ideal for a clinician who values teamwork, communication, and providing high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care in a clinic setting. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to work, live and play in the scenic Columbia River Gorge, Oregon. Connected to Northwest Heart Center in Portland, Oregon servicing a large urban and rural catchment area with advanced cardiac services, leading the area in minimally invasive and robotic surgery; contemporary diagnostic and therapeutic electrophysiology; interventional cardiology including one of the busiest STEMI programs in the metro area; and vascular medicine. Adventist Health Columbia Gorge is located 85 miles east of Portland in the majestic Columbia River Gorge, The Dalles features old-growth forests, rushing waterfalls, and year-round access to outdoor recreation, including downhill and cross-country skiing, world-class water sports, and miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. The area boasts award-winning wineries, affordable housing, and, most importantly, warm, friendly people.
