Travel Emergency Room (ER) Nurse - Tillamook, OR

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ER RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid RN license At least one year recent experience in an Emergency Room setting Proficiency in trauma, cardiac, and acute care situations Current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred) Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide coordinated nursing care for assigned ER patients, following the nursing process and established protocols Supervise and guide the activities of nursing staff at varying levels Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery Utilize independent judgment and critical thinking in high-pressure situations Document and monitor patient responses, intervening as needed
