Overview Registered Nurse•Supervisor in Tillamook, Oregon.

Shift:
3x12-hour night shifts per week. Work in a hospital setting providing acute inpatient care. This is a travel•temporary assignment with no guaranteed hours.

Tillamook, Oregon, United States Role type: Travel Registered Nurse•Supervisor in an inpatient setting Start date: 08/03/2026 Responsibilities Schedule, lead, and coordinate the daily activities of a defined unit on the assigned shift. Oversee delivery of optimal, safe, and high-quality nursing care while ensuring regulatory compliance. Provide leadership to staff as a resource, role model, mentor, and change agent for the assigned department. Direct and supervise a team of nurses and support staff, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations and to policies and accepted nursing protocols. Coordinate services with other patient care units to ensure patient flow; provide direct specialty nursing services as appropriate. Assist the department manager in achieving unit and organizational goals; supervise personnel across multiple levels using professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment. Requirements Active Registered Nurse license in Oregon. Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience in a hospital/acute care setting. Completion of an approved RN education program (licensure and eligibility to practice as an RN in Oregon). Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts and communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Strong knowledge of nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and patient care protocols.
