Job Description

Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Tualatin, OR area for the following position: Registered Nurse Women's Health. Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Fertility. Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher educational attainment from an accredited program Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license 1+ years of experience in Women's Health, OB/GYN, or a related area preferred Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients, families, and healthcare team members Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications from the American Heart Association or equivalent organization Proficient in fetal monitoring and labor management, with current certification such as AWHONN Fetal Monitoring or equivalent
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to women in various stages of pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, adhering to evidence-based practices Administer medications, manage IVs, and perform other necessary treatments under the guidance of healthcare providers Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including obstetricians, neonatologists, and lactation consultants to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate and counsel patients and their families on prenatal and postnatal care, birth options, and general women's health Accurately document patient information and medical history in electronic health records, following HIPAA guidelines
