Role:

Nurse Practitioner $140/visit

Travel:

Central Oregon Traveler. Covers Marion, Yamhill, Columbia (Salem, McMinnville) In-home, local travel You choose your hours (min. 24/week). Just assessments, no meds, no Rx, no clinic.

What You'll Do:

Complete 6-9 in-home health assessments/day Review of medical history and risk factors Collect vitals, labs, and screening data Document findings in EMR Educate members on next steps Coordinate follow-up if red flags show Travel across Central Oregon (Marion, Yamhill, and Columbia Counties only)

Who You Are:

Must have license/certification: APRN, Certified Nurse Practitioner Must be registered with Medicare and/or Medicaid Valid driver's license + reliable car Able to work independently in the field
