$48.00 per hour plus mileage reimbursement About Us We are a growing home health agency currently completing our accreditation process and providing services during our pro bono phase. We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated Registered Nurses to join our team and grow with our organization. As our patient census expands following accreditation and payer enrollment, qualified team members may have opportunities to transition into Part-Time (PT) or Full-Time (FT) positions based on agency needs and performance. Responsibilities Complete skilled nursing visits in patients' homes Conduct Start of Care (SOC), Recertification, and Discharge assessments as assigned Assess patient conditions and identify changes in health status Provide patient and caregiver education Administer skilled nursing interventions in accordance with physician orders Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Complete documentation accurately and timely within Alora EMR Follow all agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Current Pennsylvania RN license in good standing Home health experience preferred OASIS experience preferred Experience with Alora EMR preferred or willingness to learn Strong clinical assessment skills Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: A self-starter A quick thinker Comfortable working independently Detail-oriented and organized Dependable and professional A strong team player Adaptable within a growing agency environment Schedule PRN / Per Diem Flexible scheduling Hours will increase as patient census grows Benefits Competitive hourly rate of $48.00/hour Mileage reimbursement Flexible scheduling Opportunity for future PT or FT employment as the agency expands Opportunity to help shape and grow a new home health organization
