1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU position at a Level I Trauma teaching hospital, requiring a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience and an active PA or compact RN license. Details Acute care hospital ICU setting within a Level I Trauma, academic teaching facility Adult patient population Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 3:1 Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00-07:30) Every other weekend required Every other holiday required Floating required; no on-call responsibilities Charting via Epic (experience required) Requirements Active PA or compact RN license currently in hand Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required Experience in a Level I Trauma and academic teaching hospital setting required Critical Care Float Pool experience preferred 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration Copies of current certifications required for consideration Additional Information Provide nursing care to critically ill adult patients in an ICU environment RTO must be declared upfront prior to consideration Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility are accepted, though at a different pay rate Skills checklist required
