Lead Esthetician Registered Nurse / Licensed Esthetician (RN/NP Required)

Schedule Requirements Sunday through Friday availability required

Full-time:

40 hours per week Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee esthetic team performance and daily workflow Train and mentor estheticians in techniques, protocols, and patient care standards Act as a role model for professionalism, client experience, and treatment execution Support RN-level clinical services and aesthetic treatments (based on scope of practice) Assist in implementing and improving clinical protocols and safety standards Partner with management to improve operations, efficiency, and client satisfaction Support consultative sales and treatment planning for patients Help drive revenue through ethical treatment recommendations and conversions Maintain a high standard of patient care and outcomes consistency Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license Active Esthetician license Minimum 4+ years of esthetician experience Minimum 2+ years in a lead esthetician or supervisory role Strong background in medical aesthetics (Skincare, Morephus8, and lasers preferred) Proven sales or consultative experience in aesthetics or healthcare wellness Experience training or mentoring clinical staff Ideal Candidate Traits Strong leadership presence and accountability mindset Comfortable taking initiative and ownership of daily clinic performance Skilled communicator with staff and patients Sales-driven but ethical in treatment recommendations Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities Willing to be a true partner in management and support clinic growth Able to elevate team standards and hold others accountable professionally Takes pride in building strong clinical teams Leads by example and sets the standard for others Is willing to make sacrifices when needed for clinic success Makes operations easier, not more complicated Wants to grow into a long-term leadership role within a scaling medspa

Pay:

$54,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
