Registered Nurse - Cath Lab Procedure Room

Cardiac Cath Lab Procedure Room Work Hours:

FT position 8hr/days during orientation period Monday-Friday then will become 10 hr/days 40 hrs/week- Will be on call for holidays, weekends and after hours. Will be crossed trained to EP Lab. Must be flexible with schedule to meet demands of department. Provides professional nursing care practicing legal nursing responsibilities as indicated by the Nurse Practice Act. Requirements Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing, current Pennsylvania licensure, other state licensure as required. Basic Cardiac Life Support. Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Two years current Cath Lab experience. In the absence of applicants with two years current CCL, will accept two years of Critical Care or current ED experience. Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment. Preferred Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing. Two years of nursing experience and two years of Cath Lab Procedure Room experience. Certification in the posted specialty area. • In the absence of qualified candidates in the above referenced areas, will consider applicants with Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing, current Pennsylvania licensure, other state licensure as required. Basic Cardiac Life Support. Applicable training and orientation will be provided.
