About the Role You'll be part of a small OR surgery center specializing in large orthopedic cases , providing high-quality, relationship-based care in a focused, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional patient care using the nursing process within a Relationship-Based Care model. Partner with patients and families to develop individualized plans of care and support smooth transitions. Apply strong clinical judgment and critical thinking across physical, psychosocial, and safety needs. Communicate clearly with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary team members to advocate for patients. Provide thorough patient and family education using adult learning principles. Support and mentor students, new staff, and peers; opportunities to serve as a preceptor . Participate in quality improvement initiatives and apply evidence-based practices to improve outcomes, safety, and satisfaction. Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
