Required Qualifications:
Active RN license, valid in Pennsylvania or compact states Minimum of one year recent experience in a Cath Lab setting BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Demonstrated proficiency with cardiac procedures, hemodynamic monitoring, and sterile techniques Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures Provide pre- and post-procedure patient assessments and education Collaborate with physicians and procedure teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Respond swiftly to emergencies while maintaining composure and acting decisively Accurately document patient status and interventions in adherence to facility protocols
