Schedule Basis:
40 hours/week
Rate:
$2,360 per 40-hr week (Local) — $59/hour Requirements Active, valid Registered Nurse state license. Previous nursing leadership or charge nurse experience. BLS certification. Registry personnel must bring state or federal photo ID to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) to ensure adherence to facility policies and standards. Supervise and coordinate patient care activities, including assessments, medication administration, and documentation. Participate in staffing and schedule planning to maintain efficient patient coverage. Mentor, educate, and support nursing staff to promote professional development and competency. Monitor compliance with clinical and regulatory standards; perform audits and implement quality improvement actions. Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate care per facility protocols.
