Job Description

We are looking for an Geriatric Medicine Nurse Practitioner in Coatesville, PA area to assist with the role below. Coatesville, PA Schedule:

Part-time (Mon-Fri 20 hours/wk)

Duties:

Geriatric Medicine Patients Provide medical coverage in collaboration with PO Physicians Discharge planning for acute and long-term placements Evaluate and treat participants during acute illness

Required :

Active PA license Board Certified (ANCC or AANP)

BLS, CDS,/CSR DEA

Must have prescriptive authority 1 year + experience working with elderly population 5 years experience in long-term care

Compensation :
