Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license At least one year of recent ICU nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or acute care setting Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association) Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills Ability to adapt to changing environments and patient care priorities
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU Collaborate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff Vigilantly monitor patient status, administer medications, and perform advanced interventions as required Accurately document all aspects of patient care and maintain compliance with policies and protocols Provide educational support to patients and families, ensuring understanding of care plans
