Shift Differentials Schedule:
PT Nightshift (7p-7:30a) - days scheduled will be Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday every other week (4 consecutive days). What You'll Do As an addiction recovery RN at RCA, you will: Provide individualized care by conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing tailored care plans. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and case managers, to coordinate holistic patient care. Educate patients and families on addiction recovery processes and effective self-care strategies. Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate, confidential documentation. Foster a safe and supportive environment that respects the dignity and diversity of all individuals. What We're Looking For An active RN license in Pennsylvania A minimum of 2 years' experience in behavioral health, addiction recovery, or related fields (preferred). Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain it during orientation. Strong clinical judgment and the capacity to manage medical and behavioral health emergencies effectively.
