Job Description

Home Health RN - Bucks County, PA (Contract)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM + 1 weekend every 4 weeks

Pay:

$65/hr (hourly, not per‑visit)

Contract:

13 weeks with option to extend We are seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team in Bucks County, PA. This role is ideal for an RN who thrives in the field, manages complex cases confidently, and delivers high‑quality patient‑centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a complex home‑health caseload Complete Start of Care (SOC) , and routine visits Perform wound care and other skilled nursing interventions Conduct and document OASIS assessments See 5-6 patients per day Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes

Requirements:
