Required Skills & Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum one year of telemetry experience in an acute care setting Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring, arrhythmia identification, and patient assessment Current BLS and ACLS certifications Demonstrated proficiency in EMR systems Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret patients' cardiac rhythms, promptly reporting changes Deliver comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes Educate patients and families on care plans and progress Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols Support a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement
